123 Spirits Master Distiller David Ravandi will share how his premium artisanal spirits are made from harvesting the organic agave to the distillation process. Chef Mateo's crafted a tasting menu to highlight the flavor profile of each spirit to make for a delectable pre new year feast. A raffle of a limited addition 123 Organic Tequila three pack + separate raffle draw for 123 Organic Extra Anejo Diablito will go to support Sonoma County's Fire Recovery.
