Front Porch burned butternut squash, Preston pomegranates, toasted pumpkin seeds, White Crane greens and cured turnips

White Crane Greens, local dungeness crab, crispy Drakes Bay oyster and spicy mayonnaise

Diestel Family Farm turkey, hard boiled egg centered embutido, white gravy Mayan k’ol, Soda Rock tomate frito and sea salt hand-made tortillas

Front Porch Farm slow-roasted suckling pig( cinta senese pork), marinated in annatto seed, served with Soda Rock Farm grilled tomato salsa, baked organic jasmine rice and hand-made corn tortillas

Pavo Tradicional
Traditional Thanksgiving turkey, local chestnuts, Costeaux bread stuffing and cranberry salsa

Pescado Del Dia
Local seasonal fish, Soda Rock sweet bell pepper sauce and winter vegetables


Downtown Bakery sticky bunn n-crusted flan, Strauss milk-vanilla bubbles

Blue Corn Taco filled with 3 Twins vanilla ice cream, seasonal fruit salsa and sea salt
