Mateo's is pleased to welcome legendary winemaker Burt Williams, creator of the original Williams Selyem Winery and daughter Margi Williams, of the acclaimed Brogan Cellars for a-one-of a kind dinner. The evening will feature Margi's prized Chardonnay, Burt's newly released Morning Dew Pinot Noirs from the Anderson Valley, and a selection of artisan Mezcal from Mezcal Vago. Chef Mateo has crafted a winter menu with rich flavors of the season - wild mushrooms, rabbit and goat to highlight each fine vintage.
